By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.
2.Service Description
Our platform allows couples to create a personalized page by filling out a form with their names, relationship start date, a personalized message, and up to 7 photos. After completion, the couple is directed to checkout and, upon completing payment, receives a link with a QR Code via email.
3.Registration and Security
To use the service, you must provide a valid email address. We will not share your email with third parties.
4.Privacy
We respect your privacy. We do not use your data for any kind of processing or sell data to third parties. The registered email is used only to send the personalized page link.
5.User Content
You are responsible for the content you enter on the platform, including photos, messages, and relationship information. We are not responsible for any inappropriate or illegal content uploaded by users.
6.Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed through Stripe. After completing payment, the couple will receive a link to the personalized page via email. We do not offer refunds, except in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
7.Service Modifications
We are committed to keeping the service active and available for the contracted period, according to the chosen plan (1 year for the basic plan or lifetime for the premium plan). However, in exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as legal, technical, or financial issues, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service. If it becomes necessary to discontinue the service, we will take all possible measures to notify users in advance and ensure the preservation of pages or offer alternative solutions whenever possible. IloveYou is not responsible for any losses resulting from modifications or discontinuation in extraordinary situations, but we will do our best to minimize the impact.
8.Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the platform.
9.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically to stay informed of any changes.
